Studio D Pilates offers both traditional and contemporary Pilates instruction on apparatus consisting of the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel. Sessions are based on client's objectives. Pilates aligns the body, through natural low impact movements. As the body tones and redefines, overall appearance improves, abs become flatter, and there's a reduction in the waistline. Pilates sessions increase energy and joint flexibility, improve posture, enhance athletic performance, and maximizes movements performed in daily activities. | |||||||||
